Welcome to my Life Coaching website. Considering coaching? You've arrived at the right place. You're just one step closer to achieving success. Since 2007, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life.
Coaching differently than counseling stays in the present and does not seek to diagnose or treat mental health issues. While there is some insight to be gained in coaching, it is contained to discovering what you want out of a situation, identifying what is in the way, as well as how to facilitate lasting change. Types of coaching within my coaching education:
Life Coaching
Relationship Coaching
Business/Entrepreneurial Coaching
Does your situation need a transformation?
Are you stuck in a rut? Do you want to start your own small business, but don’t know where to start? Maybe you’re having a hard time finding your passion in life, that thing you’re supposed to do with your life. How are your relationships? Maybe you keep attracting the wrong person, or you just have trouble in the relationship department. Are you an empty nester and don’t know what to do with the rest of your life? Maybe you felt your identity was wrapped up in being a parent, and now that role is over. Lastly, do you love your life, and is it all you want it to be? If not, Life Coaching might be the answer.
Luckily, I’ve been pretty successful within my own right. I’ve built very successful businesses for others and myself, and I’ve achieved optimum performance within my hobbies. Read more about me personally here and read more about my professional achievements here. For these reasons, I believe I can give back.
Is this the right time for me?
I don’t want to reel you in; I only want to work with you if Life Coaching is something you’re really looking for. I don’t say that discouragingly - I simply understand timing is everything. Maybe the holidays are coming up, maybe you’re in the middle of juggling fifty things, or maybe some other life situation is preventing you from really giving a self-improvement project your all. That’s okay. I believe you need to create the space for a self-improvement project. On the other hand, maybe your life is typically one crisis after another and you just seem to never have the time for yourself. If this is the case, Life Coaching can help you to prioritize your life situations and events so that you’ll always carve out time for yourself. Creating a life where you count, where there is balance, and where there is enough space to take a breath, organize, and prioritize is essential to your health, your relationships, and your success. What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is different from counseling, mentoring, tutoring, or consulting. Life coaching is all about addressing oneself through projects, plans, goals, and objectives tailored to your style of relating to life. Different than counseling you’re the expert of your life! As a life coach, I assist you in uncovering who you most want to be along with identifying the strengths and talents, you have, that compliment your objectives. As your coach, I’m here to support you.
Most life coaches are generally trained in resolving or providing advice in the following aspects of life:
Self-worth and self-esteem
Relationships
Occupation transitions
Education
Figuring out work/life balance
Finding purpose
Parenting
Grief management
Anger management
Self-identity
Nutrition
Creativity
Cultural expectations and limitations
Because I want to give you my best, I coach in areas I’m experienced and confident. As a result, my experience and coaching revolve around:
Self-development (self-actualization, self-esteem, becoming the best version of you, healthy lifestyle, etc.)
Relationship(s) (any aspect of relationship building, intimacy and sex coaching, etc.)
Small Business Startup/Improvement (becoming more profitable, problem-solving what isn’t working, find a niche, etc.)
Hypnosis (compliment to any of the above)
Within these issues, I’ll help you set up goals that are smart and achievable. We’ll start off slow by distinguishing what you want out of your life, relationship, and/or career. We will dive into your passions, mission, vision, strengths, and weaknesses. From there, you and I will create a plan that can be adjusted as you evolve, continuously adding in self-improvement and changes.
The benefits you gain from life coaching include:
The ability to bridge the present and cross into the future you want,
Gaining a diligent and dedicated ally that provides endless support and motivation,
Overcoming low confidence and insecurities,
Learning coping strategies,
A chance to talk about problems and challenges in a constructive manner,
Learning how to challenge your own hurdles and limiting assumptions that prevent you from accomplishing your goals,
Brainstorming your plans, whether that is business or life planning, with someone who has a fresh perspective.
Of course, individual results vary. Although I can’t make promises, I can promise that we’d talk about any obstacles, lack of progress, or any other important factor along the way.
How Does Life Coaching Work?
Life coaches all have different approaches to how they work with their clients. You can usually meet the coach in person, over the phone, via email, or through a video call. These meetings are usually previously arranged, done weekly, and can last between 30 to 60 minutes, but this is flexible. Together we will decide your plan of action.
During these weekly conferences, I will first help you identify your goals then pinpoint any immediate dilemmas or weak points that may hold you back. From there, you are welcome to ask questions or bounce ideas back and forth, so we can gain even more clarity. We surely want to hone in on what it is you want to achieve. As we make progress, we may discover some pain points to resolve before progressing onto the next step of your plan. The length of coaching is dependent on you, your needs, and the time frame you and I have plotted out. Ultimately, we will fit the journey to what will work for you.
Whatever your reason for seeking out a life coach may be, I welcome you to send me an email or schedule an appointment. Everyone deserves an ally that can boost their confidence. Everyone deserves someone who believes in them, so let’s make those dreams come true.
What is relationship coaching?
Relationship coaching is a form of personal development that focuses on interpersonal dynamics. While therapy is concerned with what has brought a person to where he or she is, today, coaching concerns itself with where the person is going in the future. According to the Relationship Coaching Institute, this service focuses on setting and achieving relationship goals, instead of providing analysis. In short, relationship coaching is about goals and growth. Relationship coaching offers a plethora of benefits for those involved. Since it is focused on the future, it empowers the client to set, achieve and evaluate goals in relation to his or her relationship(s). Relationship coaching aims to provide new skill-sets to those who wish to grow and thrive, and then provides the tools to do so. Through this service, clients learn self-awareness, problem-solving skills and the ability to better understand and relate to those around them. In the context of intimate relationships, relationship coaching can address a variety of goals. Whether the individual or couple is hoping to achieve a greater intimacy, resolve sexual difficulties, communicate more effectively, cope with conflict or balance their needs with their partner’s, relationship coaching offers the tools and information required to achieve those goals.
In short, relationship coaching is available to and beneficial for anyone who aims to build a happier, stronger and more fulfilling interpersonal life.
