Meet Dr. Constance DelGiudice
Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Board-Certified Sex Therapist

I’m Dr. Constance DelGiudice, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology, a Board-Certified Sex Therapist, and a Certified Hypnotherapist. I specialize in evidence-based counseling for individuals, couples, families, and communities — offering both in-person sessions in Stuart, Florida, and secure Telehealth services across the state.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and personalized. I focus on creating a safe, confidential space where clients can work toward personal growth, stronger relationships, trauma recovery, and greater overall well-being.

With decades of professional experience — and a lifelong commitment to personal growth — I bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding to every session. My guiding philosophy is simple: meet each client where they are, provide tools backed by research, and empower them to create a life they truly love.

Specialties & Clinical Focus

The individuals and couples I work with often bring a depth of insight, emotion, and longing. They’re not fragile—they’re thoughtful, discerning, and have often carried a quiet weight for years.

I offer therapy for those navigating:

Betrayal Trauma & Emotional Abandonment

Working through the aftershocks of infidelity or feeling unseen in relationships.

Sexual Disconnection & Intimacy Struggles

Including low desire, shame, avoidance, performance anxiety, or feeling emotionally shut down.

Anxiety in Relationships & Life Transitions

Patterns of overthinking, emotional isolation, or fear of closeness—often learned early.

Grief, Caregiving Fatigue, & Emotional Burnout

Especially for those who feel responsible for everyone else’s needs.

Rebuilding Trust, Voice, & Identity After Relational Harm

For those ready to reconnect to themselves and show up differently—with clarity and choice.

Whether you’re seeking individual therapy or support as a couple, my work centers around helping you feel more connected—first to yourself, and then to others—in a way that’s clinically grounded and emotionally respectful.

About Constance DelGiudice

A Clinician Rooted in Depth, Purpose, and Lived Experience

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology, a Board-Certified Sex Therapist, and the founder of Dr. Constance DelGiudice PLLC. I offer individual, couple, and sex therapy grounded in clinical best practices and personal authenticity.

My practice serves clients across Florida through secure Telehealth, creating a warm, confidential space for real emotional work—no matter what you’re facing.

How I Work

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter models. Each person is unique and deserves a tailored approach. I focus only on areas I’m confident and experienced in—specializing in betrayal trauma, sexual disconnection, relationship repair, and helping clients move from internal chaos to clarity and grounded connection.

The people I work with are often emotionally intelligent, misunderstood, or quietly carrying more than most realize. They're not fragile—they're deep. And our work honors that depth.

Why I Do This Work

I didn’t fall into this career—I chose it. I’ve always had a natural empathy for those who are hurting. That calling, combined with my personal journey, shaped my commitment to helping others live lives that are emotionally connected, meaningful, and whole.

My own life path wasn't linear. I pursued my doctorate later in life after building a dance career, starting a family, and overcoming personal challenges. I understand how powerful it is to come back to yourself, to live fully, and to stop carrying what no longer serves you.

A Few Guiding Values

  • I believe therapy should be both real and clinically sound.

  • I offer practical tools—but also insight, warmth, and a non-judgmental space.

  • I practice what I preach: emotional integrity, self-care, and continuous learning.

  • I see clients as whole people—not diagnoses or problems to fix.

Whether you're here to rebuild after betrayal, navigate intimacy struggles, or simply reconnect with yourself—I meet you with experience, clarity, and care. Want to read more about my story? Click here for a more detailed overview.
