Digital Products

All sales of digital products (ebooks, recordings, downloads) are final once accessed or downloaded. No refunds are given except for duplicate purchases or technical errors that prevent access.

Physical Products

Damaged or defective physical items (such as books) may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Email constancedelgiudice@gmail.com with your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. I will respond with return or exchange instructions.
