Online Child & Adolescent Counseling for Families Across Florida
Getting your child the right support at the first signs of trouble is essential. I provide secure, online counseling for children, teens, and families anywhere in Florida, using evidence-based approaches to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns.
Early intervention can help prevent problems from escalating and set your child or teen on a path toward healthier coping, improved relationships, and greater self-confidence.

What Is Evidence-Based Treatment?
Not all treatments for children and adolescents are backed by research. Evidence-based treatments are approaches proven through scientific studies to be effective. When it comes to your child’s mental health, it’s important to choose methods that have been shown to work.
I use best-practice, research-supported methods tailored to each child’s needs and goals.

Helping Children Navigate Divorce
I am a Florida Cooperative Parenting facilitator and an approved provider for the Department of Children and Families. Florida Family Court requires parents of minor children to complete a DCF-approved parenting class before finalizing a divorce.
Please note: current rates are for online classes only; in-person sessions are not available at this time.

If Your Child Has Experienced Sexual Abuse
If you believe your child has been sexually abused:

-
Call 911 or bring your child to the nearest emergency center immediately.
-
Seek evaluation from a counselor with advanced training in sexual trauma.
As a Board-Certified Clinical Sex Therapist, I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families affected by sexual abuse and trauma. It is critical to break the silence and help your child feel safe to speak openly. Avoidance or secrecy can unintentionally mirror the abuser’s tactics and perpetuate harm.
Children are especially vulnerable to the long-term effects of sexual trauma because they cannot seek help on their own. Clear, consistent support sends the message that they are believed, protected, and not alone.
